Located in the beautiful Barossa, the property is nestled amongst one of Australia’s most important rose gardens set on a 10 acre property with the Rose Garden that HRH Queen Elizabeth opened in 2002, and yes she did plant the rose called Queen Elizabeth, flowering from October to April!

We are renowned for warm hospitality, a great base from which to explore the Barossa wine region or simply relax and enjoy birds, food and local wine.

Barossa Chateau houses the cellar door for wine tasting of boutique winemaker Creed Wines, Tea Room that has amazing Devonshire Tea and High Tea offerings. Our Art Gallery is home to renowned South Australian Artist Diana Mitchell with a beautiful collection of other art and antiques. Along with a sensational gift shop, so pop in for just a cuppa or spend the day exploring. The Luxury accommodation know as ‘The Residence’ within the Chateau is an exclusive self-contained apartment style of accommodation, providing clients with a unique experience in a very special location.

Barossa Chateau specialises in individual or group bookings, catering from 1-120 , whether large or small, functions are individually designed and meticulously executed.
